Rock Solid is a limited part time employment company based on events scheduled and your availability.

     We are a very flexible and personable event staffing and security force. We handle each and every situation in a professional manner. We are hired to protect anything from a high-profile executive or artists to sound equipment. Rock Solid Security, Inc. specializes in all types of entertainment security ranging from a single individual to a large crowd management situation, from stage security to parking lot security, badge checking, ushering or ticket taking, our people are there acting in a "Polite but Firm" manner.

     The pay is minimal, but the entertainment factor can be huge. Nobody makes less then $7.00/hour, but with experience and training your income will be increased.

 

• To work a private security officer you must obtain a  Private Security Unarmed License
• Willingness to Participate in Charity Events (min. 10 hrs/year)
• Ability to take direction and to follow up on those requests
• Flexible availability
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Communications (phone or pager)

     

Here is how it works. You call in your availability (once hired) on Friday's. Between Friday and Monday we match the availabilities to the jobs based on skills and experience. Then call between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Monday evening to pick up your schedule for the week (Tue. thru Mon.).

Appointments are regularly scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:30am to 4:00pm. If these times do not suit your schedule, please call to make an arrangement that does work for you. We will accommodate to suit your needs if possible.

For those of you who do submit a complete on-line application, you should be contacted via email or phone within 2 business days of submitting your online application. If you do not receive a response after 2 business days feel free to contact us from 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.  NO applications or interviews will be accepted on Mondays.
