THE ROCK SOLID TEAM

     Every member of our staff is an invaluable and integral part of our business.  Our growth has been exponential which has afforded us the opportunity to expand our employee base.  It would be nearly impossible to provide information on everyone so we will look at a few key roles.  We will, however, highlight the employee of the month on this page as well as our company newsletter.  Please feel free to recommend a team member for consideration as we would love to hear any comments you may have about our courteous professionals.

● Bart Butler, President/CEO – He has twenty-six years security experience with twenty years in Management and fifteen years of touring. He brings an innate ability to quickly analyze unique situations and re-act accordingly. Bart has a proven ability in dealing with people through strong communication skills. He continues to provide security consulting services and tour security throughout the country.

● Lee McKennon, General Manager – Fresh from an 8 year career with the United States Marine Corp, Lee joined Rock Solid in 1997. He has since organized and developed an accounting system that continues to grow and evolve with us. Currently he manages the complete accounting and payroll function for not only Rock Solid Security, Inc. but also three additional subsidiaries. Lee is also our resident videographer, and although you won’t see him in security garb----don’t be surprised to find him on site at large events recording everything for posterity.

● Tonya Comer, Comptroller – Tonya began with Rock Solid as a part time guard in 1998. While continuing her professional career she expanded her security experience in a variety of facets ranging from private events to large event supervision. After spending a decade in the Transportation Logistics arena she joined the Rock Solid management team in 2002. Her keen analytical talents have proven an invaluable tool in coordinating and streamlining our constantly growing employee scheduling program and databases.
